This group is designed to take students into the community on 3 different outings to reinforce reading, writing, math, language and social skills as it relates to functional real world community situations. This is a 8 week group that is offered in the fall, winter and spring. This program is offered on Tuesdays from 4:00p.m. to 5:30p.m. Community Connections Boot Camp is offered during the summer. Dates and times will be announced in the spring.
