Functional real life and practical activities are provided for individuals functioning at a basic skill level while tasks progress to higher functional community/vocational skills. Functional Adult Screening Tool (Peterson, Elizabeth. 2004) This is a specific language and cognitive profile to be used by speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists to evaluate neurologically impaired adults. The assessment only takes 30 minutes and the CD allows for printing the portions you want to use. No other materials are required because you use items available in the environment.
