After someone has been trained on what signals mean, then that individual has information on how to proceed or what to do differently.
During communication for both delivering information and processing information the subconscious mind sends signals through postures, gestures, movements, and expressions that reveal what they are truly thinking. Numerous studies have shown that the body sends signals when an individual is not truthful. It also sends signals when a conclusion has been made based on what was heard. When you have been trained to identify the primary signals while delivering information you can then strategically keep your current plan or change your plan of action.
