» Downloading & Unzip

Please be aware that downloads are set to one download per link, if you encountered an issue when downloading contact us. Below are instructions on how to download and unzip our auditory and ebooks to your mobile devices.

iPhone/iPad

If you run into issues downloading and opening zip files on the iPhone/iPad it is most likely because you have  unzip apps, but the following steps should help you quickly resolve most issues you might run into.

  1. First you must have an internet connection.
  2. If you do not already have a Unzip app, find a free or paid one to unzip the files. To unzip and access our files, the free versions of Zip Viewer or the popular WinZip should be all that you need.
  3. Once you have the app installed, download (if you haven’t already) the file(s).
  4. On your iPhone or iPad find the zipped file you want to open. Tap on the file and you should be prompted with the Open In window. This will bring it up in the zip program and let you view the files and folders lists.  Tap on the zip file, to initiate the unzip. The files are now unzipped and you can open the audio files or PDF in your normal apps.

Below are some screenshots of the the steps to unzip and view files on the iPhone using iOS 8 or iOS 9 using Zip Viewer.
