Attending by webinar is the next best thing when you can’t attend locally. Join us through your computer. It’s easy. You will see the instructor and the handouts will be embedded in your screen. You can ask questions though the chat box and participate. It is a choice to have your video on or not. If it is on, the other participants will be able to see you as well. You will have full interaction with the group and be able to participate in all exercises and presentations.
We use WebEx, which is free for you. A week before your webinar you will receive an email from WebEx, which is the link to your program and your meeting number. We will also mail you your book in advance and any other materials needed for your seminar.
When it is time to start, click the link from WebEx to take you to their platform. Click the audio connection. That will dial you in. Enter your meeting number and you will enjoy your seminar. If not in Mountain Time, you will need to adjust for the time difference since this is a live webinar. That’s it. You are joining the program from your home or wherever.
PLEASE have your microphone muted. If it is on we will hear you-all of you right down to throat clearing, the dog barking and your kids. The same is also true with video. If you are watching the webinar in bed, everyone will know. There will be times when we want you to verbally participate and at that time you will be instructed to turn on your microphone.
If you have never done a webinar before, call us and we will make sure you are comfortable with the process. It really is surprisingly easy. If you experience technical difficulties, in the email from WebEx you will see a US toll free number to call for support at the bottom of your screen. Your internet signal needs to be strong enough to support a webinar. If you have difficulty with your home/work internet you may want to rethink a webinar. Please make sure your volume is up and check other things to watch a video.
Taking this seminar via webinar is an amazing opportunity to take this great program out of the area. Please call for further information if you have any questions or hesitations.
